We have been meaning to make an announcement for quite some time to inform you that Turul Project in its current shape and form will no longer be calling Turnpike Lane home. Our plan was to throw a bit of a party, and invite you all to say goodbye properly. Unfortunately we had to cancel these festivities due to occurrences over the last 2 weeks – we were robbed three times and pretty much all our wine stock was taken.

We are going to announce our new home and opening date as soon as possible on social media as well as on our website. See you soon!

Our Story

Turul Project is a Hungarian restaurant and wine bar located in the heart of Haringey. We focus on premium ingredients accompanied with some of the finest wines from Hungary.

Since starting life as a pop-up in 2018, we have now moved to our permanent home, a stone’s throw from the gastronomy hotspots of Crouch End and Green Lanes. Our concise menu is inspired by traditional dishes, but is delivered with a contemporary twist.

Our young team bring passion and skill to the table, with their enthusiasm shining through in an inspired approach to one of Europe’s oldest cuisines.
